Girls, watch out! Boys will lie to you. Yes, they will. They’ll try to get in your panties, little ones. I’m talking to my teenagers today.
On my podcast, Teens Draw Near to God, I shared my poem Life with you about Jesus Christ, my Savior, and how He is the Spirit of Truth whom the Holy Spirit tells us about. Jesus is the truth. And if you want to know the truth, if you want to know whether those little boys are really telling you the truth or not, or if they’re lying, you can ask the Spirit of Truth. You can ask the Holy Spirit.
He will tell you all things, Jesus says. Jesus is the truth. Don’t you ever forget it, and don’t believe everything you hear. Come on, you’re smarter than that. You’re brighter than that. And you’re worth way much more than those little white lies he’s spewing out of his mouth to get inside your jeans or under your dress.
I pray for you in Jesus’ name that you will know the truth, and the truth shall set you free. Amen.
John 14:6, Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
John 8:32, And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
John 16:13, However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth.
